**Job Title**: Finance Associate - Cash Application (OTC)

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities are defined as**:

- Perform Cash Application, Clear On Account and Suspense Account items.
- Booking incoming payments & allocation to appropriate invoices
- Run daily bank statement
- Customer account reconciliation
- Ownership of entire receivables and identifying and implementing an effective collection strategy with collectors
- Recommend changes to process and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity.
- Solid understanding of finance and business.
- Additional tasks when required.
- Actively participate in training/meeting
- Organize priorities to meet deadlines, KPI, service levels and meet customer expectations
- Bank Reconciliation and expertise in preparation of MIS reports.
- Handling issues and errors independently, reporting as per schedule.
Coordinate deployment
- Understand existing policies and procedures (process maps) and support in preparing as SOP’s as well as ensuring that SOP’s are always updated to ensure knowledge management
- Customer master data creation
