The Finance Associate will assist in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the hotel’s operations. This includes ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance department with day-to-day tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Support**:

- Assist in managing daily financial transactions, including guest charges, payments, and other revenue sources.
- Ensure that all revenue is accurately posted to the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**:

- Process invoices from vendors and suppliers, ensuring they are paid in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process payments for hotel expenses, including utility bills, maintenance, and supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
