- **Teaching**:

- Delivering lectures on various topics in physics relevant to the IIT JEE (Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination) syllabus.
- Conducting interactive classes to engage students and clarify concepts.
- Providing problem-solving sessions to help students master problem-solving techniques.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Designing lesson plans and syllabi in accordance with the IIT JEE physics curriculum.
- Developing teaching materials such as lecture notes, presentations, and assignments.
- Updating teaching materials to incorporate new developments in physics and educational pedagogy.
- **Mentoring and Academic Support**:

- Providing individualized academic support and mentoring to students to help them excel in physics.
- Offering guidance and counseling to students regarding career paths in physics and related fields.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback on performance.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**:

- Designing and administering quizzes, tests, and examinations to assess student understanding and progress.
- Grading assignments and examinations in a timely manner.
- Analyzing assessment results to identify areas of improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Reflecting on teaching practices and seeking feedback from students and peers to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
- Participating in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
