**IIT-JEE ChemistryFaculty**

**Position: Chemistry**

**Grades: +1 &+2**

**Qualification Preferred: M.Sc Chemistry /B.Sc Chemistry /B.Tech / M.Tech / with B.Ed**

**Location: Bhommuru, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Teaching & Classroom Management**

**Teach Chemistry to classes +1 &+2. Along with NEET coahing**

**Create engaging lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and activity-based learning.**

**Conduct lab sessions following safety guidelines.**

**Clarify concepts using IIT-level logical reasoning but simplified for school students.**

**Academic Support**

**Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and periodic tests.**

**Track and evaluate student performance regularly.**

**Provide special classes for slow learners and high achievers.**

**Curriculum & Planning.**

**Maintain lesson plans, academic records, and student progress reports.**

**Communication & Coordination**

**Attend staff meetings, academic planning sessions, and training programs.**

**Communicate with parents during PTMs regarding student progress.**

**Other Duties**

**Maintain discipline and follow school policies.**

**Required Qualifications**

**Degree: M.Sc Chemistry /B.Sc Chemistry /B.Tech / M.Tech**

**Teaching experience: 1-5 years**

**Strong command in Chemistry and NEET Coaching**

**Excellent communication and classroom handling skills**

**Passion for teaching young students**

**Preferred Skills**

**Innovative teaching methodology**

**Strong conceptual clarity**

**Ability to simplify complex topics**

**Use of digital tools, presentations, and smart-class technology**
