**Location - Bangalore**

**BIM (Building Information Modeling) Detailer **plays a critical role in the construction industry, particularly in residential projects. This role involves using BIM software to create highly detailed and accurate digital representations of buildings.

**3D Modeling and Detailing**:
BIM detailed 3D models of residential buildings, including architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) components.

Ensure all details, such as doors, windows, walls, and finishes, are accurately represented according to project specifications.

**Coordination and Clash Detection**:
**C**ollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to detect and resolve conflicts within the design before construction begins.

Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve potential issues between architectural, structural, and MEP systems, optimizing the design for smoother execution.

**Documentation and Drawings**:
Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and other deliverables required for on-site implementation.

Provide accurate section views, elevations, and assembly instructions as needed for residential projects.

**Standards Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
Ensure that all models and drawings adhere to industry standards and codes (such as local building codes and BIM standards).

Conduct quality checks to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all project deliverables.

**Project Coordination and Collaboration**:
Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other teams to align on project goals and timelines.

Attend coordination meetings to stay updated on project progress and implement necessary changes in the BIM model.

**Material Takeoff and Estimation Support**:
Use BIM models to perform material takeoffs and assist in cost estimation, providing valuable data for budget planning.

Optimize design solutions to reduce material costs without compromising on quality or safety.
