**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create design concepts and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Assist in Create 3D models and rendering presentations for client approvals
- Prepare working drawings, layouts, and detailed plans
- Support the team with site visits, measurement documentation, and client meetings
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and vendors as required
- Stay up-to-date with architectural trends, materials, and design practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit & Lumion is a plus)
- Good understanding of building codes and design principles
- Strong design portfolio showcasing academic or internship projects
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
