The Mission:

Your mission is to take us from "zero to one" in digital marketing. You will be the architect of our global digital footprint, creating and executing a strategy that makes our brand reachable and relevant everywhere in the world. You will not just run campaigns; you will build the engine for scalable, sustainable growth.

What You Will Do:

• Build the Strategy: Develop our foundational digital marketing strategy from scratch, encompassing SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and PR.
• Lead & Guide: Take charge of our digital presence. You will guide our website developer (or manage external resources) to ensure our web properties are optimized for conversion and user experience.
• Drive Global Reach: Identify and penetrate new international markets through targeted digital campaigns.
• Analyze & Optimize: Live and breathe data. Use analytics to track performance, prove ROI, and relentlessly optimize our strategies for maximum impact.
• Build the Brand: Craft our brand's narrative and ensure it resonates across all digital touchpoints.
• Earn Your Partnership: Your performance, dedication, and impact will directly influence your growth, compensation, and equity in the company. We are ready to consider you as a true partner in this endeavor.

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables):

• A proven digital marketing strategist with 4+ years of experience, not just in maintaining campaigns, but in building them from the ground up.

• You are a natural leader and collaborator, able to guide technical and creative teams towards a common vision.
