- Experience in Sales, Services, CPQ, Customer community Modules
- In depth understanding of Lead, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Ship To, Bill To, Sales agreement, Contract, Orders, Invoicing, Credit Notes
- Strong knowledge on Salesforce Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.
- Training super users and User guides
- Manage development related to customization and enhancements and Approval workflows
- Documentation for Functional and Test Cases

**Key Skill: CRM**

**Educational Qual.**: Bachelors/MBA
