**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Recognize issues related to variable deductible, coordination of benefits; carve-out alternate benefits
- Participate in process improvement activities by identifying gaps/opportunities and actively working towards bridging them
- Adhere to quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in Special projects as required
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 months or above experience in US Healthcare
- Technical Profiles will not be eligible/accepted
- Good keyboard skills with average typing speed of around 35 - 40 WPM
- Good comprehension skills
- Open for NIGHT SHIFT and extended shifts
- Good knowledge on MS - Word & MS - Excel

- Understanding of Claims and Auto Adjudication process
- Well versed with US healthcare Insurance Plan types

- Good Analytical skills. He should have the ability to understand the mistakes and correct the same.
