Position Summary
The role holder is expected to synergise, motivate, impart knowledge and enable all
the manpower deployed at Airtel stores to be able to meet their deliverables with
ease. The trainer will be visiting at least 2 such stores in a day.
Partner with the client in order to drive the organisation’s vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage circle and central based training interventions keeping adherence to
training quality.
- Ensure all the aligned Airtel Stores/people deployed at these stores are up-todate
on all the required process/product and knowledge required to serve any
Airtel Customer.
- Ensure all the staff deployed at the aligned Airtel stores are well groomed up to
the prescribed Airtel standards at any given point in time.
- Ensure all the agreed business KPIs are met.
- Engage with all the stakeholder for smooth function of the beat-ways of
working.
