**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging, relatable, and sometimes humorous content tailored to social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt them to the brand’s strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute creative content campaigns.
- Perform basic editing of photos and videos to align with brand aesthetics.
- Analyze content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills, with a creative mindset to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team effectively.
- Proficiency in Hinglish or English.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
