Education Counselor

1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.

2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database.

3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement.

4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.

5. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled

6. Business Development

7. Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and -Productive Output.

8. Follow Up.

Roles and responsibility
- Master’s/Bachelors degree in education or relevant field.
- Experience in college admissions may be preferred.
- Familiarity with college and university programs,admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and people reading skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
- Organizing recruiting events and representing company at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- changaramkulam, Edappal - 679576, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
