Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future. **We are looking forward to hire Advance Java, JEE (JSP/Servlets/JTA) Professionals in the following areas**: **Experience**: - 0-1 Years - Collaborate effectively across teams. - Respond to the issues in timely fashion. - Develop, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or other relevant technologies. - Analyze issues in order to troubleshoot potential problems and suggest solutions. - Write Junit/integration test cases to validate the code quality and code coverage. **Required Technical Competencies**: **Technology/Product Knowledge**: - Can create unit test cases, scenarios and document the same in the standard format. - Work on simple/elementary modules independently and create code that adheres to the low-level design and requirements. **Required Behavioral Competencies**: **Accountability**:Takes ownership for and ensures accuracy of own work, meets deadlines, and asks questions about possible gaps to ensure clarity of ownership. **Agility**: Demonstrates a willingness to accept and embrace differing ideas or perceptions which are beneficial to the organization. **Collaboration**:Participates in team activities and reaches out to others in team to achieve common goals. **Communication**: Effectively communicates in written and oral form, well-organized thoughts to others.
