
Medical Representative

**Job Location**: Mumbai (All areas), Maharashtra
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell the company's medical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers and other B2B clients in the medical sector.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
- Expand the company’s footprint in the market by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Client Meetings &Local Travel: Conduct daily client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Travel locally to meet clients as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and after sales support.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in medical/pharmaceutical sales with a strong focus on B2B sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Networking: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the healthcare industry.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Collaborative approach to work, while also being able to work effectively on your own.
- The role involves frequent client visits and local travel.
**Requirements**:
- Medical Sales and Communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy products.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
- Experience in medical sales or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
**Additional Information**:
- Location: The office will be based in a co-working space in the Andheri/BKC area of Mumbai.
- Schedule: This is a full-time, office-based role with a working schedule from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
