- **Business Expansion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Our brand presence in the market.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential areas for business growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements for management review.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients aligned with our target market. Utilize various strategies to generate qualified leads, including networking events, cold calling, social media outreach, and attending industry conferences.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and building trust. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products or services and tailor presentations to address specific pain points.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure deals that are mutually beneficial. Possess the ability to overcome objections and close deals confidently.
- Account Management: Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales pipeline, and deal closure. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge in Business Development ( Sales|Marketing ), System Work & MS-Office Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferably with a focus on B2B & B2C sales.
- 1+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within a environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a busy schedule.
