**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential hazards, risks, and control measures by conducting ongoing reviews of operations and processes. Assess the necessity of implementing these measures to mitigate risks, including evaluating associated costs.
- Evaluate and record hazards, risks, and controls according to established procedures and practices.
- Provide safety training and guidance to both employees and contractors to enhance awareness and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, provide OSHA training as needed.
- Improve workplace safety and employee productivity by transitioning from manual safety procedures to digital safety management systems.
- Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for updates to safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Submit the Required Weekly Site Safety Report.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

**Requirement**:

- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively train and educate employees at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience: -** Experience 3-4 years.

**Education: -** Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science and Engineering
