- **Supervision of On-Site Activities**:

- Oversee the daily operations and activities on the construction site to ensure work is being carried out efficiently and safely.
- Supervise and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel, ensuring they are performing tasks correctly and on schedule.
- **Site Safety**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure that workers use personal protective equipment (PPE) and are aware of potential hazards.
- Organize safety meetings and promote a culture of safety.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of the work being done to ensure it aligns with project specifications and standards.
- Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the project manager or higher authorities.
- **Material and Equipment Management**:

- Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working condition.
- Organize the delivery and storage of materials to avoid delays in construction.
- Track and monitor inventory of equipment and materials.
- **Hands-On Work**:

- As a "working" foreman, you are also directly involved in physical tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or other trades depending on the project.
- Work alongside laborers and craftsmen to demonstrate techniques, lead by example, and assist with complex tasks when needed.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Coordinate work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Liaise between workers, subcontractors, and the project manager to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitor work progress to stay on track with deadlines.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**:

- Address any issues that arise on-site, such as equipment failure, work delays, or unforeseen obstacles.
- Provide solutions or escalate the issue to higher management if necessary.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of daily activities, progress reports, and any issues that arise on-site.
- Keep track of labor hours, work completed, and material usage.
- Ensure proper documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.
- **Compliance with Local Regulations**:

- Ensure that the project complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and other industry-specific rules.
- **Team Motivation and Leadership**:

- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and supporting the workers.
- Resolve conflicts among the crew and maintain good team morale.

The Basic criteria is he has to stay at the site only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
