**Job Summary**

The Shuttering Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all formwork and shuttering activities on-site. The role involves supervising the shuttering carpenters, ensuring proper formwork systems are followed, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating with engineering and structural teams to meet project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret structural drawings and execute formwork activities as per specifications.
- Supervise shuttering carpenters and helpers to ensure correct installation and dismantling of formwork systems.
- Ensure materials like plywood, MS/Aluminum forms, props, jacks, and centering sheets are used optimally.
- Inspect formwork before concreting to ensure alignment, levels, plumb, and stability.
- Coordinate with steel, concrete, and finishing teams to align sequencing of work.
- Maintain quality and safety standards during all shuttering operations.
- Identify manpower and material requirements and report to the Store or Planning team in advance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
