**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control policies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot surveillance systems (CCTV/cameras) for operational continuity.
- Set up, configure, and support printers and multifunction devices across the office.
- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and restore operations.
- Maintain documentation for systems, hardware, software licenses, and configurations.
- Ensure antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection solutions are up to date.
- Support users with hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Monitor IT assets and inventory, including camera and printer hardware.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement of IT-related equipment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and network administration.
- Experience with CCTV/surveillance system setup and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, and office equipment support.
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and access controls.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA, or RHCE are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
