“The ideal applicant has already gained experience in IT system administration and experience with Windows/Linux servers and IT security.

**Your tasks in IT system administration**:
Server and storage management and support.-
- Installation and maintenance of active and passive network components.-
- Maintenance of the operating systems under Windows, possibly also under Linux.-
- Desktop service and support, license management and software distribution.-
- Data backup and data recovery.-
- Monitoring of the physical parameters.-
- Troubleshooting.- Engineer or master’s in Computer engineering or other relevant degree
- You have a good knowledge of the use of various Windows servers (Active directory, certification authorities, Office 365)
- You have in-depth knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, IDS / IPS, network protocols and network services
- Knowledge of IT security (infrastructure, networks, cryptography) is desirable
- Your knowledge of scripting (Perl, Python, Bash) is an advantage.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills. German is a plus.
