**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise all phases of road construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

4. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

5. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards.

6. Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

7. Provide technical guidance and support to construction crews as needed.

8. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and workforce activities.

9. Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and implement effective solutions.

10. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress, issues, and resolutions.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in road construction projects.

3. In-depth knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and equipment.

4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
