**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects, overcome objections, and secure appointments or sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on approaches to target markets and optimize sales performance.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management regarding sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a phone-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
