**Client Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and provide relevant product or service information.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- **Order Management**:

- Enter and process orders in the system promptly to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, or production) to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- **Sales Growth**:

- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying new opportunities.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize order value and meet client needs.
- **Follow-Ups**:

- Follow up with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, or any concerns.
- Proactively address any issues with orders and resolve them efficiently.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain a record of all calls, client details, orders, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate and share sales reports with the management team regularly.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company’s products or services to confidently answer client queries.
- Offer product recommendations based on client requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
