**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Coordination**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring prompt responses.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and relay them effectively to internal teams.

**Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Track sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.

Collaborate with the logistics and packaging teams to meet client-specific needs.

**Market Insights**:
Monitor US market trends and share insights with the sales team to identify new opportunities.

Research competitor activities and client preferences to enhance service offerings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.

**Operational Efficiency**:
Coordinate with quality control and batter manufacturing units to ensure product standards meet client expectations.

Manage client feedback and work with relevant teams to address issues or improve processes.

Track and report on sales metrics and provide updates to management.

**Multilingual Communication**:
Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in multiple languages, including **English**, **Telugu**, **Punjabi**, **Tamil**, **Hindi**, **Marathi**, **Kannada**, and **Malayalam**, to cater to diverse client needs.

Translate client requirements or feedback for internal teams where language-specific nuances are critical.

**Skills**:
Excellent proficiency in **English**, **Telugu**, **Punjabi**, **Tamil**, **Hindi**, **Marathi**, **Kannada**, and **Malayalam** (additional languages are a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Knowledge of international trade and export processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
