Our mission is to inspire healthier financial communities and help people own their relationship with money. **About the role**: As a "MIS & Reporting Executive," your role is centered around Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting functions within an organization. You are responsible for managing and overseeing the collection, analysis, and presentation of data and information to support decision-making processes and strategic planning. **Key Responsibilities may include**: - ** Data Collection and Analysis**: Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, and ensure its accuracy and integrity. Analyse the data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can assist in making informed business decisions. - ** Tools Understanding **:Should have good understanding of either of Advance Excel Reporting OR Tableau ,OR PowerBI or similar data analysis tools - **Management Reporting**: Prepare regular reports and dashboards that provide relevant and timely information to key stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, or other teams. These reports may cover financial performance, operational metrics, sales figures, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). - ** Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborate with finance and other teams to assist in the budgeting and forecasting process. Provide data and insights to support the development of financial plans and projections. - ** Database Management**: Maintain and update the organization's databases, ensuring data accuracy and security. Implement data quality measures to prevent errors and inconsistencies. - ** Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Implement efficient systems and automation to reduce manual work and enhance accuracy. - ** Ad hoc Analysis**: Respond to ad hoc data requests from management or other teams. Perform on-the-spot analysis and deliver actionable insights promptly. - ** Data Governance**: Ensure data compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Protect sensitive data and implement data governance best practices. - ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with different departments, such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources, to understand their reporting needs and provide valuable insights. - ** Trend Monitoring**: Keep track of industry trends and best practices related to MIS and reporting.
