Permit and Approval Advisor

**Main purpose of position**

Currently we are looking for a
**Permit and Approval Advisor **in Delhi, India to be part of our global team working together towards our vision
- **Improving our future.** The role of Advisor/consultant
- Permit and Approval will be on short term employment (STE) basis (initially for one year and extendable thereafter) based in Delhi head office & traveling as and when required. Every month minimum 7-10 working days would be required to be physically in the office or required location of the projects. Mandates of the role as listed below:

- Provide advisory to SPV/Project company for the relevant permit and approval required/obtain for development and construction of the renewable projects in India.
- Support development and construction team to obtain the relevant Pre and Post all permit, licenses, and approval.
- Support to construction team to get the local administrative support throughout the development of the project like ROW resolution, land acquisition, CLRA, CERC, CEA, MNRE, SECI, CTU etc.

**Main responsibilities**

Advice and Support to obtain:

- Aviation approval from Airport authority of India
- Ministry of Defence approval for setting up the wind project
- Prior approval (Sec 68) transmission line route approval (Sec 164).
- Project Commissioning approval
- Support to get the local administrative support during execution of project.

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Degree or Equivalent in Administration
- Good awareness about the renewable projects
- Preferably Advisor experience to renewable IPP
- 20+ years of overall experience, 5+ years’ experience of managing and supporting the operation team to obtain the Permit and approval for renewable projects.
This includes the following:

- External stakeholder management
- Advice and resolve external bottleneck for the project permit and approval.
