**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send accurate sales quotations to clients based on product specifications and pricing.
- Proactively understand the product range, specifications, and updates to ensure accurate quoting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of quotes.
- Maintain and update records of quotations, communications, and follow-ups in the ERP system.
- Assist in managing client inquiries, providing product details, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and order tracking.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a backoffice or administrative role, preferably in sales support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proactive approach to learning and understanding product offerings and the ERP system.

This role requires someone who can manage tasks efficiently, be proactive in follow-ups, and adapt to an evolving product and system landscape.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
