**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.
- Maintain records of conversations and update customer databases.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in [insert required languages].
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
