**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Preparation for Export Incentives**:

- Manage all documentation for export incentive claims, including Duty Drawback, RoSL (Rebate of State Levies), and RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies).
- File relevant documents on DGFT and ICEGATE portals to claim benefits under various export schemes.
- **Banking & Financial Liaison**:

- Coordinate with banks for the issuance and management of Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs).
- Ensure timely submission of post-shipment documents to banks and monitor payment realization processes.
- Handle export financial instruments, such as Letters of Credit (LCs), with timely follow-up and document submission to ensure compliance with Banking and other Regulatory Requirements.
- Maintain relationship with Banks & Financial Institutions to facilitate efficient Transactions and resolve any Banking issues.
- Manage daily Banking Transactions including Fund Transfers, Foreign exchange and Trade Finance Operations.
- **Advance License & EPCG Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) licenses, track obligations, and ensure compliance with the license terms.
- Monitor and follow up on the closure of Advance License and EPCG schemes to avoid penalties.
- **Liaison with Government Authorities**:

- Liaise with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) to obtain licenses, incentives, and resolve any issues related to export schemes.
- Liaise with ECGC to secure Export Credit Insurance, process claims & understand Risk coverage options.
- Work closely with customs authorities for smooth clearance of Imported goods and proper documentation.
- Stay updated on foreign trade policies, customs regulations, and DGFT guidelines.
- **Compliance & Monitoring**:

- Ensure compliance with export laws and procedures set by customs, DGFT, and RBI.
- Track and monitor the status of export incentive claims (Duty Drawback, RoSL, RoSCTL) and follow up for timely refunds or credits.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks associated with international trade.
- **Data Management & Record Keeping**:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
