**Senior** **SAP SAC Consultant**

**Location**:Mumbai, UK

clients in Europe, Americas, Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets in
APAC market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.

**Experience Required-**5-8 Years

**Responsibilities**

In your role as a Senior Consultant you will have responsibility for leading the design &
to be client facing & show thought leadership & leadership skills.

Manage a work stream within an EPM project team on a client-facing engagement,
working effectively across the full lifecycle delivery of a large, complex technology
programme

Deliver technology solutions in line with leading best-practices.

Engage and collaborate with clients’ stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

Build excellent client relationships

Collaborate with other delivery verticals at Percipere to ensure EPM deliveries / builds
are aligned & add value to operational & strategic IT landscape.

**Skills and attributes**

1. SAC Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud: Planning certified or
equivalent experience

2. Proven record of leading end-to-end Analytics / EPM/FP&A projects on SAP
Analytics Cloud or an equivalent EPM Tool.

3. Ability to discuss challenges & value-add of EPM systems & processes within a
client’s business - especially finance teams.

4. Understanding of leading practices for building EPM solutions - FP&A, xP&A,
Typical financial planning requirements etc.

5. Strong financial planning & consolidation knowledge

6. Ability to handle & Analyse data - Excellent with MS Excel

7. Full lifecycle project delivery experience including

a. Workshop planning and delivery

b. Requirements & backlog definition

c. Planning model design

d. Creation of Functional & Technical specifications

e. System configuration

f. Build, Test & Deploy phases

Hands-on project delivery experience of SAP Integrated Planning, BPC or SAC planning
capabilities including:
1. Pre-sales discussions.

2. Leading requirement workshops.

3. Producing Requirements & Design Documentation / Blue-printing.

4. Plan the EPM deliveries within a larger ERP Project.

5. Leading as well as hands-on delivery of EPM projects, which include:
a. Solution designing

b. Data Acquisition

c. Data Modelling

d. Logic / Calculation building

e. UI / Templates / Outputs / Analytics

f. Data Security

g. Planning workflow

6. Mentor & lead consultants within the EPM vertical to learn & grow domain
knowledge.

**Must have**

1. Demonstrable ability to manage work streams

2. Core Financial knowledge / Acumen - ability to converse with the Office of the
CFO

3. Clear understanding of the concepts of Financial Accounting (Typically Ledgers,
Scheme of Accounting entries, Financial Statements & Cashflows).

4. Understanding of the full life cycle of SAC planning implementations

5. Experience working with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies

6. Experience delivering financial planning & Financial Consolidation projects

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Adviser’ relationships

8. Strong presentation skills

9. Willingness to travel as required in relation to working at Client Sites on specific
engagements

10. SAP BI experience (SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA and SAC or BOBJ)

11. Experience in complex SAC planning delivery

12. Experience with Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)

13. Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning will be beneficial.

14. An understanding of the SAC Planning roadmap and industry trends

15. Industry / sector expertise would be advantageous
