**Broker Network Coordinator (Marketing )**

- **Qualification **_MBA Full Time for a college of reasonable repute with good score
- **Personality Trait **_Extrovert, Good Command Over English, Pleasing Personality, Not a job hopper, Excited to travel within city /field work, Personal Mobility preferred, aggressively using Social Media
- **Likely Past Employer **_Coworking Operators, Aggregators, Commercial Real Estate Developers, brief IPC stints, Leading DPCs used by IPCs
- **Gender **_Female/Male
- **Age**_30 to 35
- **Location **_Saket or Gurgaon when a new centre is opened, with occassional posting for training, review to other centers specially Head Office
- **Residing within vicinity **_In Gurgaon or South Delhi so as to make Saket or New Centre in GGN as her HQ as all IPCs have major presence in GGN only
- **Personal Mobility **_Preferred
- **Salary hike **_Basis Last drawn, Potential seen, qualification and quality of experiences, market rate
- **Incentive Scheme **_As applicable to Sales Team
- **Verification from References **_Yes
- **Recommendations Review (On Social Media or Physical)**_Yes
- **Probation**_6 Months

Lead Generation from IPC and Overseeing the closure with help of Sales Division Handling Managed Office Deals

Selective working on Direct Target client

Overseeing and coordinating Marketing Initiative for Leasing (including via Digital Marketing via Atul)Meeting Associations of Brokers/industries etc

Coordinating with other divisions like Sales/SS/CM/CI for offer, visit and closures
- **Is it Mostly Field Work **_Yes 60-70%+
- **Additional Expectation **_Need based support for Role on Sourcing side
