We are looking for Telesales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process.
- Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time.
- Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets.
- Handle walk-ins (if assigned) — engage with them, explain features, & convert to premium.
- Maintain all customer interaction records and documentation accurately.
- Appear for regular performance check-ins and continue learning & growing.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 6+ months of telesales or outbound calling experience
- Smart selling approach — persuasive yet consultative
- Strong communication skills (spoken + written) in English + Tamil or Malayalam.
- Clear diction and confident speech
- High energy, target orientation, and resilience under pressure

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Male and Female can apply.
- Age: 24 to 35 Years.
- Strictly only from telesales background.
