**Position**: Business Development Associate
**Role Summary**:
The **Business Development Associate** plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to overall business success. The role requires proactive market engagement, strategic sales planning, and effective collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target **coaching classes, bookstores, and other relevant institutions** within the assigned territory.
- Generate and pursue new business leads to **consistently achieve sales targets.**:
- Build and maintain a **robust pipeline** of potential clients through lead generation, networking, and market outreach.
- Conduct **market research** to understand industry trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture strong **client relationships** through regular communication and timely follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and propose **tailored product or service solutions** that align with their goals.
- Act as a **trusted advisor** to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide **market feedback** to internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain **accurate and updated sales records** and generate regular performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to **measure performance against targets** and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams**—including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development—to ensure seamless client service.
- Share best practices and insights with peers to foster a **collaborative team culture.**:
- Deliver **exceptional post-sales support** and promptly address client concerns or escalations.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in **business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.**
**Industry Preference**: Open to all industries; experience in **Education, Publishing, or related sectors** will be an added advantage.
**Desired Skills & Attributes**:
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal** skills.
- Strong **analytical thinking** and **problem-solving** abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work **independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** and **CRM tools.**:
- Prior experience in **B2B sales** preferred.
- Willingness to **travel** within assigned territory as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
