The Salesforce Administrator III has a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator III is primarily responsible for administration, operational support, and performance tracking for the OnProcess Salesforce Org(s). The Salesforce System Administrator III collaborates with internal and external technical teams to drive customer onboarding and assists with customer change management and support as required. The Salesforce Administrator III serves as Salesforce SME within the organization.
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Lead the Salesforce activities involved in onboarding OnProcess clients onto the Agora platform (OnProcess Technology Platform)
- Review customer configuration requirements to ensure a customer solution will conform to platform standards and best practice
- Support change management activities for existing customer solutions
- Configure new customer programs according to agreed requirements including setup of Program, Users, Groups, Permissions, Contact Strategy, and other required objects.
- Support Process and Process details setup and collaborate to configure integrated systems and components.
- Create reports and dashboards
- Work alongside fellow administrators, developers, and other technical team members to understand and proactively monitor all aspects of the Cloud administration and configuration.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Support the communication, deployment and training related to platform changes, new features to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years’ experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality with ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Working knowledge of various products and solutions offered by Salesforce and its partners
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to colleagues at various levels within the organization, and to answer questions clearly and concisely
- Able to listen and understand customer problems, needs, and issues with the knowledge and the confidence to push back on requests which aren’t in the best interests of the platform.
