Salesforce Administrator Intern

Energy Aspects is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in software development while working closely with experienced professionals. On successful completion of the internship program, the individual will be considered for any permanent roles available in the SalesForce team.

**Duties**
- Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Lightning Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide first-level support to the end-users, including logging issues, identification, and resolution
- Work with our internal teams on key requirements and test enhancements to Salesforce org and to assist with rollouts
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Working cross-functionally across Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Finance
- Ability to effectively communicate across departments to define problems and work out solutions with the team members
- Keep up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality

- Adept in performing detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and documents
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years Salesforce Administrator experience or Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience / Knowledge of Workflow, Process Builder, Lightning Flow, Assignment rules, Approval processes, Custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Record types, Dynamic layouts, Lightning Apps, Custom settings, user, Profile & Permission, Sharing settings, etc.

**Desirable skills**
- Knowledge of 3rd party tools and plugins
- Advanced Excel manipulation capabilities
- Good sense of humour
