**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases and related software.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database configurations.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage user access and security, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement database policies and procedures to ensure data security and integrity.
- Work closely with development teams to design database schemas and optimize queries.
- Automate routine database tasks using scripts and tools.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite Applications, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle RAC Database, Oracle Access Manager
- Experience in 19c RAC database administration, patching, upgrade, configuration and tuning.
- Experience in database backup
ecovery, cloning.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning solutions
- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications R12.2- Apps DBA & System administration tasks - sysadmin tasks, customization migration, patching, cloning ,automation etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic administrator, OCI cloud administration
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and bring program/project execution to completion.
- Knowledge of IBM DB2 and MS SQL Server in database administration tasks is a plus.
- Knowledge of Shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of System Administration with Oracle Linux \ Red Hat Linux will be preferred.
