- Should be well versed with the concepts of Oracle IaaS, PaaS, DBCS and SaaS
- Should have experience on Cloud Networking Architecture e g IPsec VPN Fast Connect and Inter connectivity setup between cloud and On premise.
- Perform operational and administrative activities as defined for Oracle SaaS and PaaS, including HCM, ERP, EPM, OIC, and Oracle data BI reporting.
- Provide support for end user access issues including troubleshooting and root cause analysis including single sign-on, and Oracle IDCS, Access Management
- Knowledge on Service Now, Oracle database support and migrations
- Should have RAC experience minimum 2 years
- Should be able to work independently on his shift
- Cloning and restore knowledge using Rman & Export/Import
