**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **highly motivated and results-driven Immigration Telecaller** who can confidently **handle inbound and outbound calls**, **convert leads into paid consultations**, and work closely with the sales team to **close deals** for immigration.
You will be the **first point of contact** for potential clients — so strong communication, convincing power, and follow-up discipline are key.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make **daily outbound calls** to potential leads generated from campaigns, website, and social media
- Explain immigration and visa services (PR, Buisness visa, work visa, consultation booking, etc.)
- **Convince clients** to book paid consultations with expert consultants/MARA agents
- Update lead status and notes clearly in the CRM
- Coordinate with counsellors and team to track follow-ups and conversions
- Work with urgency to **achieve weekly/monthly consultation & sales targets**:
- Maintain high-quality client communication and professionalism
**Targets & KPIs**:
- **20+ consultations booked per week** (depending on lead flow)
- Focused on **closing leads into paying clients**:
- Direct contribution to **monthly revenue generation**
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in **telecalling / inside sales** (Immigration industry preferred)
- Strong verbal communication in **English.**:
- Excellent **convincing and negotiation skills**:
- Ability to handle objections and close confidently
- Basic computer knowledge, experience with CRM systems preferred
