28.Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues

29.Manage network servers and technology tools

30.Troubleshoot issues and outages

31.Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

32.Upgrade systems with new releases and models

33.Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
