**Job role**:Pharmacy Supervisor

**Qualification**:SSC/Inter/Any Graduate

**Experience**:10+yrs exp in medical field
- Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage workload distribution to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
- Foster a positive work environment and address any staff concerns or conflicts.
- Oversee the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Implement and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and ensure proper handling and documentation.
- Prepare for and oversee regulatory inspections and audits.
- Provide clinical support and expertise to pharmacy staff and patients.
- Oversee patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to improve pharmacy services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Address and resolve medication errors or patient complaints promptly.
- Manage the pharmacy budget, including expenses and revenue.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage third-party billing processes.
- Stay current with advancements in pharmaceutical science and pharmacy practice.
- Encourage and support continuous education and professional development of staff.
- Participate in professional organizations and attend relevant conferences or seminars.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
