**Hiring Purchase Executive**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Vendor Management**:

- Identify, assess, and select vendors based on cost, quality, and reliability criteria.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure advantageous agreements.

**Purchase Process**:

- Oversee the end-to-end purchase process, including requisition, procurement, and delivery.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor purchase orders and track delivery schedules.

**Reconciliations**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases and financial transactions.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to reconciliations.

**Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all procured products and services meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with quality control and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational requirements.
- Implement inventory control processes to minimize carrying costs and stockouts.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all purchase-related activities.

**Reporting**:

- Generate and present regular reports on procurement and reconciliation activities to management.
- Provide insights into vendor performance, cost savings, and purchase trends.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and reconciliations.
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
