Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange transportation for freight and negotiate rates with carriers.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients.
- Solve any issues that may arise during transportation.
- Foster and maintain relationships with carrier partners.
- Continuously search for new carrier partners to expand our network.
- Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Experience with transportation management systems and freight tracking software.
- Knowledge of freight regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
