Job Responsibilities:

- Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
- Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Posting of daily mails and collection of daily mails and distribute to various department.
- Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office, Basic accounting.
- Able to start work with short notice/immediately

**Salary**: ₹9,542.55 - ₹17,989.18 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office, Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
