**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily data entry and update records in Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Use Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.) for data processing.
- Generate MIS reports and submit them to concerned departments on time.
- Maintain accurate filing of soft and hard copies of documents.
- Support day-to-day computer-based administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments for report collection and sharing.
- Troubleshoot basic system or Excel-related issues and escalate as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: 10+2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
- **Computer Skills**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** (must know formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of system operations and internet tools

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Charts, and Conditional Formatting in Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
