**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of security guards, ensuring proper deployment, scheduling, and training.

**Security Patrol**: Conduct regular patrols of the apartment and villa premises, monitoring for unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and security breaches.

**Access Control**: Manage entry and exit points, verify the identity of visitors, and ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the property.

**Emergency Response**: Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats. Coordinate with local authorities as needed.

**CCTV Monitoring**: Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms systems to detect and respond to security issues promptly.

**Report Generation**: Prepare detailed incident reports, maintaining accurate records of security-related activities.

**Guest Assistance**: Provide assistance and information to residents and their guests, ensuring a high level of customer service.

**Security Protocols**: Enforce security policies and procedures, including key control, parking regulations, and visitor management.

**Security Checks**: Conduct routine checks of common areas, such as parking lots, recreational facilities, and perimeter fencing, to identify vulnerabilities.

**Conflict Resolution**: Handle disputes or conflicts among residents or visitors in a professional and diplomatic manner.

**Training**: Provide training and guidance to security personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.

**Safety Inspections**: Periodically inspect safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits, to ensure they are in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in security roles, with a minimum of 8 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Security guard certification and any additional relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and electronic security equipment.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
