**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and organise jewellery inventory, ensuring proper tracking and security of all items.
- Conduct regular audits to prevent loss and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and promote repeat business.
- Monitor sales transactions and ensure the accuracy of the register and cash balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reports and cash reconciliations.
- Ensure that payment methods comply with company policies and maintain financial security.
- Supervise, train, and mentor sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure optimal staffing levels to meet customer demands.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including report generation, documentation, and filing.
- Ensure that the store operates in compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring expenses remain within allocated budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly in financial management and inventory control.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
