## **Job Overview**:

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **back-end support** for international customers regarding queries, orders, and services related to jewellery polishing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using internal systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to order processing, invoicing, and customer service.
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with customers to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Be flexible in managing both back-end tasks and customer calls as required.
## **Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Graduate or undergraduate** in any discipline.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Prior experience in **back-end operations** and customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and customer management software.
- **Flexible to take international calls** and adapt to varying customer needs.
## **Experience Requirements**:

- **Prior experience in back-end operations** or customer support, preferably in handling international clients.
- Experience in managing customer inquiries, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring follow-up.
- Familiarity with the jewellery industry will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
## **Job Location**: Dilshad Garden (East Delhi)

## **Salary Range**: ₹16,000 - ₹24,000 per month

## **Shift**: Day Shift
