We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

**No Experience required**

**Qualification - Any.**

**Must be interested in a field job**

**Job Location** - Bongaigaon

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Providing customer support and technical services during the field visits
- Diagnosing technical problems/errors and also determining proper solutions
- Managing on-site activities such as installation, inspection, maintenance and repair tasks
- Comprehending the requirements of customers and making appropriate briefings or recommendations
- Building long-term relations with customers
- Producing comprehensive service reports on a regular basis
- Documenting all processes and scheduling the workflow
- Collaborating with company’s technical team by sharing information throughout the organization
- Following company’s procedures, regulations, and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Field Service Technician(POS Machine) is preferred and also freshers are welcome.
- Experience with troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing technical equipment
- Ability to work in changing work schedules and flexible shifts
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Salary
- 8,000 - 10,000/ Month + TA Extra

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
