Our Head office is located at Madhavaram High Road, Redhills, Chennai. We have our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at Shivamogga District in Karnataka State.

We are looking for Order Processor having minimum two years of Order Processing or Customer Relationship, CRM or Sales Service or Sales Co-ordinator experience to co-ordinate between the production department at Shivamogga and packaging department at Chennai.

The position is based out of our Chennai ( Besant Nagar/Adyar/RA Puram)

**Order processors have a wide range of responsibilities**
- Tracking inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently
- Entering order details into computerized accounting systems to track costs and profits
- Communicating with production and suppliers to obtain product information or status updates on orders
- Communicating with customers about order status and shipping details as required
- Taking payment information over the phone or Internet from customers to process transactions
- Reviewing order forms to ensure that all required information has been provided
- Answering questions about order status, shipment schedules, and product information to help resolve customer concerns
- Answering questions about products or services offered by the company to existing customers

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
