They have also been ranked 29 of 100 largest financial technology vendors by American Banker and BAI in the FinTech Forward Top 100 rankings. **The Role**: **Loan Processor - Mortgage Loan** **Key Responsibilities**: - Strong knowledge of all the purchase documents - Read, analyse and interpret mortgage documents such as HOI and Title HOI, VOE, Payoffs, 4506T, Settlement & Title etc. - Able to add exceptions for issues/errors in the closing documents - Experience in appraisal review with all type of forms - Maintain current knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage and compliance laws and regulations. - Review IFF for subordination incomplete, Review borrower information, purchase agreements, and addendums. - Review exceptions and alerts, Perform liability review, Order credit supplements, Review vendor docs, Order VORs. - Review third party documents, Review Condition management and Task level 3 conditions for UW, Complete ad-hoc requests for Case links, Review red flags and appraisals, Re-run AUS, Verify assets, title commitment, and Power of Attorney for all pages. - Comprehensive understanding of credit underwriting guidelines for FNMA and FHLMC for both purchase loans and refinances. **Skills Required**: - 2+ years of current experience in Financial Services with Loan Processing experience required. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Able to deal with high volume processing. - Comfortable working in US shifts. **Qualifications & Experience**: - Any Graduate - 2+ years of current experience in Mortgage with Loan Processing experience preferred **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹400,000.43 - ₹500,000.04 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Night shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Do you have experience in US Mortgage ? - Do you have experience in Loan processing ? **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9175991457
